Location, address. First thing on the contact page should be an address so the customer knows where your business is located. Having your physical address on your Contact page is a great way to build trust with your visitors. You may also use a PO Box.
Having a phone number on your website is also important for your business. Include a fax line if you can receive faxes.
Email Address. Include a general email address that your entire staff can read.
Social Media Links
Social media links. List all of your active social networks on your website. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
Contact form. This could be the most important item on your page.
Map. Place a map on your page. You could use Google Maps. This will show your customers where your office or store is located. You could also list directions on how to get to your office or store.
Photos. Add a photo of your office building and your staff.
A good contact page brings trust. Users are more likely to reach out to you if they trust your business. also, a good contact page will improve the user experience.
