Domain Name
We will register your domain name for two years, yourwebsitename.com Choose any available domain name and we’ll handle the rest. Most common are .com, .net, or .org. The domain name must be purchased through Bridge Street Hosting. Also, an additional charge may be needed if you choose a premium domain name.
Website Hosting
15 months of Hosting is included at Bridge Street Hosting. There may be an additional charge if you choose to host your website at a different hosting company.
SSL Certificate
2-Year SSL Certificate Included, protect private information, and passwords submitted to your website. Visitors browse with confidence, knowing the information they enter on any secured page is protected. Most web browsers will stop anyone from visiting a website unless it has an SSL Certificate. An SSL (HTTPS) will also help boost your search rankings on Google and Bing.

*FlexPay Pricing
FlexPay is designed to make it easy for your business to pay. The FlexPay program can save your business money. Save 5 percent by joining our automatic payment withdrawal plan. The monthly payments must be made via Credit Card or Debit Card. Pay by the month, quarter, semi-annual, or annual.
You can still use FlexPay without the automatic withdrawal from your bank account. You can pay as we send out the invoices. If you choose not to have the automatic withdrawal you will be billed the full amount.
If you don’t want to use FlexPay, we ask for half up-front and the other half when we finish developing the website.
Project Timeline
The timeline for each project will vary with each client, based on individual preferences and response rate to our requests. Typically, an initial, simple web presence (such as an under-construction page with your contact information) will be up within five days. Generally, a website could be published as quickly as 30 days if the client is decisive and quick to reply to requests.
DESIGN: Custom websites include unlimited design revisions during the mockup phase. After you have approved the mockup, the website goes into the coding phase. Changes after this time may require additional charges.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES: No custom programming, ECommerce, or MLS integration is included. Need more pages or other special features? We can quote you for additional work.
**CANCELLATION: No commitment is required. Cancel any time with a written, 30-day notice. The above services will be paid for within 15 months with your monthly installment/subscription payments. If you choose to cancel before 15 months, in some cases, you may have received services that your monthly payments have not yet covered; and, at the time of cancellation, you will be responsible for payment in full of the outstanding balance, based on our standard, published rates.
After 15 months (or payment of all services rendered), you own your website in full. After you pay up the only thing you will need to pay is for your hosting services at Bridge Street Hosting.
