Location, address. The first thing on the contact page should be an address so the customer knows where your business is located. Also, It’s a must to have your physical address on your page. It’s a great way to build trust with your visitors. You may also use a PO Box.

Having a phone number on your website is also important for your business. Include a fax line if you can receive faxes.

Email Address

Email Address. Include a general email address that your entire staff can read. While you’re at it, be sure to look at how to set up an Outlook email.
